How Are Payments Collected From Guests?
For reservations generated through Deep Integration channels and sub-agencies:
If the reservation is made with a prepaid rate plan, payment is collected instantly at the time of booking through the hotel’s virtual POS system, and the reservation confirmation is issued immediately.
For reservations made under a flexible rate plan, payment is collected through the hotel’s virtual POS system 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival date.
All payments are transferred directly to the hotel’s official bank account.
Digital Hotel Care does not take part in any payment or invoicing process between the hotel and the guest.
