As Digital Hotel Care, through our collaboration with Unlimited Holidays—integrated into our booking engine and hotel + flight reservation engine—we support hotels in offering their guests comfortable and safe airport transfers.
Many guests arriving through the sales channels we manage require transportation between Antalya Airport and the hotel but may not know how to secure this service in the safest and most cost-effective way.
With the airport transfer module integrated into our booking engines, guests can easily add transfer services during the reservation process without any additional effort.
When a guest chooses a hotel + flight + transfer package or a hotel + transfer option, the payment is made in a single transaction directly to the hotel’s official bank account.
After the transfer service is completed, Unlimited Holidays issues the invoice to the hotel.
This ensures that all payment processes remain entirely under the hotel’s control.
The airport transfer service agreement is established directly between the hotel and Unlimited Holidays.
Digital Hotel Care is responsible solely for managing the process and providing operational coordination.
